If a screw holding this leather fastener in place gets loose and lost, together with the fastener itself, you may replace it by the new one. You should place a drop of glue (not Super glue!) or nail polish on the tip of the screw (it it will stay in place) and screw it in, through the fastener, using a hexagonal “Ikea-type" key.

Because leather color and structure may differ, it's recommendable to order elastics and fasteners at the same time, so all the leather details on your ViolinCase look similar.
